I developed an integrated food delivery system for Ragel Company in Saudi Arabia, featuring a WhatsApp bot to streamline ordering and delivery. Here's an overview:
Client Interface:
Ordering Food: Customers initiate orders by messaging the company's WhatsApp bot, which responds automatically.
Order Confirmation: The bot confirms the order and sends details to the central system.
Order Tracking: Customers receive updates on order status, including preparation and delivery stages.
Captin Interface:
Receiving Orders: Representatives get notifications of new orders via the bot and can accept or decline based on availability and location.
Delivery Management: Accepted orders provide details and delivery locations, aiding efficient organization and delivery.
Control Panel:
Order Monitoring: Employees can view all orders, including ongoing, completed, and delayed ones, to manage operations effectively.
Complaints Management: Employees track and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
Customer Service: The panel allows customer service to respond to inquiries and provide support.
User and Permissions Management: Admins can add users and assign roles, controlling access to various data.
